Do's

External/Internal and Industrial users are required to prominently acknowledge the technical support/publication/financial aid arising from the facility in all publications/media releases and in the introductory paragraphs of annual reports while and after using the SATHI-BHU facility.
Do the registration with the link provided on the website prior to any payment.
Please follow all written and verbal instructions carefully before and after entering in the laboratory premises.
Obtain permission from the Lab in-charge prior to entering the lab working area.
Please leave your shoes outside the laboratory while entering the lab premises.
Conduct yourself in a responsible manner in the Instrument facility/laboratory.
Please contact the lab in-charge for obtaining the results of your sample on a specified date and time only.
Perform proper handling and disposal of all specimens and bio-hazardous materials.
Keep every sample and reagent vial labeled properly with date. Unlabeled samples/reagents would be discarded.
Please report any misbehavior, unsafe behavior or condition to the COO, SATHI-BHU.
In case of any technical query, please enquire/contact only during specified visiting hours (3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on working days).

Don'ts

Do not make the payment before final confirmation of your bookings.
Users are not allowed to enter lab or touch any equipment, chemicals or other materials in the laboratory area until you are instructed by lab in-charge.
Do not wander around the instrument facility, distract others or interfere with the laboratory experiments.
Any edibles, drinkables, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Do not use the phone or laptop inside laboratory.
Do not upload, delete or alter any software on the lab PC.
Do not work with chemicals until you are sure of their safe handling.
Do not use a flash drive on lab computers. For the data of your samples will be shared through mail or google drive.
Don’t talk aloud or crack jokes in lab.
Unauthorized experiments/samples are not allowed in the laboratory.
Avoid dangling jewelry and loose or baggy clothing while availing instrument facility.
Users are not allowed to work in laboratory/facility premises alone or without permission of the COO, SATHI-BHU.
